I found this recipe online last week and ...Katie, <br /><br />I found this recipe online last week and made it for a dinner we had with a bunch of friends at our house on Friday night. This oatmeal banana bread is AMAZING!!! Hardly any oil! The oatmeal is delicious in it! Thank you so much for such a great detailed recipe! I'll be making this again soon. Only change I made is I added about a 1/2 cup or so (of finely ground) flax seeds. I had them lying around and needed to use them. They help with the fullness factor and are somewhat healthy.
